Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Town of Plattsburgh

My first time there today and I wasn't so impressed besides scene the book area was pretty nice just for my daughters who love to read. I walked the whole store and yes it had its things in its places but I felt very clustered in there like if you're in a thrift store. The prices was good on something and others was almost the same prices if not maybe cheaper buy a couple of cents from other stores that I've been to. Otherwise that's why I gave it a 3-star rating because I really didn't get such a while Factor especially for a store that just opened up at a mall side. This is more for a small area without major stores around it. Great product with low prices. The Staff is absolutely amazing. There are 3 ladies who closed the other night that had great customer service. They answered all my questions and helped me to the best of their ability. Then helped me load the item I was going to purchase into my cart because it was a larger item. This is the type of Customer Service that should be at every retail store. The ladies were all smiling and you could tell that they all loved their jobs. You don't find this alot of places any more. I will def be going back and I 100% would recommend Ollie's bargain Outlet store in Plattsburgh...

Something for everyone. Some items are definitely available at other stores for similar prices, but there are a lot of good discount prices available too. The store seems to be well maintained, and the cashier who helped us was courteous.
