Spencer's — Local services in Town of Plattsburgh

I have been shopping at spencers for many years and I have never been braided and embrassed as I was at my last visit. A bit aggressive cashier rang me out, offered cleaning solution to which I decline. The cashier then question what I use, which took me off guard, but I answered regardless. They informed me that was wrong and I shouldn't use it, I said thats fine, I'm good though. They proceeded to lecture me for a minute or so on how I was still wrong and shouldnt do It my preferred method. Again, I said, I'm good, just wanted my purchase. They finished with a comment about well its your UTI, speaking loudly with other customers near by. It's been quite some time that I was left embarrassed and speechless, but this absolutely did that. When I received my receipt, I asked for a bag to be discrete, and was told "we dont have any" which made it again more embarrassing. Just walked into spencers.. manager and security obviously detaining a thief. Manager was making rude and unnecessary comments towards the alleged thief and their significant other.I should have walked out but the fiancé wanted a belly ring... so I let it slide.. then at check out the manager made a snarky comment towards me while I was browsing the buttons and pins at the cash register. "Are you going to pay for that?" - at what point is it alright to alienate me as a thief? It is not.. then as I was sliding my card the manager came over to the associate checking us out and did a quick check to see if we were stealing.. WHILE I WAS PAYING!!!!!!
