The absolute worst store, customer service, and management. 2 WEEKS AGO, my washer broke. I called and spoke with Diamond and she said she would be "difficult" to find a replacement quickly but will call back "tomorrow" 2 days later, I call, and "Oh we still don't have one we can get you a loaner and pick up your broke one and fix it" Okay fine. She said they would be there wednesday (10/1) Wednesday comes around and i call to find out the time they would be here. "Oh well we don't have a loaner but we have a portable washer that okay?" No it's not okay because they're incredibly small, inconvenient, and leak. I'm then going back and forth with Olivia, and she hangs up on me. So at this point I called the corporate number and they try calling the store, no answer, which isn't a surprise because you have to call about 10 times before anyone even picks up the phone. I then get through and tell them to come pick EVERYTHING up, washer/dryer, and couches because i'm no longer doing business with them. They say okay no problem we will be there Friday (10/3). Friday comes, I speak with someone "Oh you're not on the schedule" No surprise there; so now I have to call back the place where I'm getting my new furniture and appliances and push it till Wednesday (10/8) because that's when they say they will come. I call yesterday to figure out time frames to juggle now Aaron's and my new furniture delivery. They put the driver on the phone and he says "You're not on the schedule today, I can come tomorrow 10/9. I will call you at 9:00 AM and you will be our first stop." Well here it is Thursday morning 10:30, no call, I called Aaron's and they said there's 2 deliveries before me I explained okay well my new stuff will be here at 1:00 "Well try and get there" This store is hands down the WORST. Read moreI have been renting a combo washer/dryer stackable unit for about 8 months now. When the dryer went out last Friday, I called Aaron's and was told that someone from their Service Department would call me. When I had not heard anything by Tuesday, I called back. I spoke to Mark and was told that they would replace the entire unit rather than just fix the dryer due to space and time constraints. I explained to Mark that I was going out of town for a week on Sunday and wanted to get the dryer fixed before then so that my kids would not have to deal with it while I was away. Mark said his only opening was on a Friday between 3-7 so I agreed. I made arrangements to work from home that Friday. I called to confirm that there was still a delivery at 2:00 that afternoon (as I had not received any confirmation) and was told 'yes'. At 6:00, I called back as I needed to run to the drugstore. I was told the driver was still out and that if I left the house, they could not schedule another delivery until Oct 3! So my son made arrangements to leave work early so someone could be at the house. I called on my way home at 7:00 to check on the status and was on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke to Jaime and told her to not put me on hold again! This time she said that they could not get in touch with the driver but that he was still out. I asked what time their store closed and she said 8 but that people would still be in the store. When I asked who I could talk to if I had to call back after 8:00, she said Janet. It is now 8:45 and I have called 3 times since after 8 and there is no answer in the store. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe that Aaron's treats their customers in this manner. I placed a order payed for it and it was supposed to be delivered between a certain time in which it wasn’t I called and spoke to a lady and got the smart remark “ Your Not our Only Customer” but still wasn’t able to give me any answers on when I would receive my washer and dryer I feel like my time and money wasn’t good enough for them they made me feel as if I was problem. I received a call from delivery at 5:28 saying they will be to me in 20 min I left work which was 11 min drive only to get home to a sorry we missed you tag. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either. I was then told I’m order for a refund I would have to come the following day when the manager was there for me to show up the same day and the manager was there ! Bad bad bad Business stay away I’d try Aaron’s in a different area if possible I also now have to get a uhual to pick up my washer and dryer because their driver messed up in which I feel Like it was intentional especially after seeing them Shorty after at the store while I was there never was offered to bring the item back today even though this was 2 hours before closing the only help was the manager their associates are HORRIBLE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL!
