Zero customer service š„“ I walked in with my hamper of clean folded clothes ready to check in, I was snapped at by the lady up front to check in. (There were two people ahead so I assumed I had to wait? - I had never done this before) and I didnāt have my I.D on the correct side for the scanner so another worker came and flipped it upside down. I apologized as Iām with my two children who are also asking me a million questions and she just ignored me. In the two minutes I was there I felt like I was just an inconvenience and a burden, so I grabbed my hamper and walked out. Iāll go to nice as new where theyāre at least friendly š
Update: I went to Nice As New and even though I didnāt have an appointment they were kind and friendly, I had my estimate two hours later and was offered $82 for 1 hamper of clothes, purses and name...

Out of my two bags only 4 items were selected and they were the ones I had gotten from goodwill! Also while I was waiting for my offer and browsing through the store I saw many more clothes in a much worse condition than my own, but the ironic part was that the lady had told me that the clothes I has brought in were not in good enough condition.
