For for years now Ted and his team have been nothing short of spectacular to work with. Being a small business owner on Long Island, you have a lot of questions and are looking for answers. Time and time again this branch has been there for me. As a mobile entertainment company we are always calling for insurance purposes for different locations and venues and they always get back to us with everything we need promptly. Recently one of our trucks was broken into and we lost a lot of equipment. Thankfully Ted’s team had me get a theft protection plan a few years back just in case this fateful day ever came. not only did we receive for compensation for what was lost, but we were able to have the money in our bank account to days later in order to purchase the necessary equipment to for fill the weekends events . I have been a customer of State Farm for many many years. Since the beginning I have moved around to other insurance agencies and yet found my way back to State Farm. This last time about 10 years ago I walked into Ted Kosmidis State Farm Agency and has NEVER left State Farm since. Ted and his staff is so warm, welcoming, patient, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and they remember my name and I only been to the office 4 times in 10 years. First of all, I want to say that I’m very thankful and greatful to the Ted and Christine from State Farm for being so nice and helpful with me.
