Almost every time that I order there I come home and it is wrong. Many times I don't have the time to go back or even call. This morning I decided to wait through the chaos and waited 15 minutes for a bagel. I politely asked someone to check on the wait and was told "it's coming." No apology or even a smile. When the girl brought my bagel it was prepared wrong (cream cheese and swiss cheese ugh). Instead of apologizing she barked back "you said cream cheese." She offered to make another one and I couldn't wait any longer so I just asked for my money back and then walked away and muttered "what a waste of time." Went out to my car and called my husband and told him that I was going to be 15 more minutes and went back in. All of the staff were throwing daggers at me and talking about me. When I finally got my $5.30 bagel (only butter and swiss cheese) I was attacked by a young girl at the front who embarrassed me and said "you know she is very upset." I guess the kid thought that I said "you are a waste of time." I very politely said that I would never say that to someone, however the experience was a waste of time because I spent 15 minutes waiting for nothing. Still no smile or apology from the "manager." I rarely write reviews like this but I have never been treated this way as a customer. A smile, professional demeanor, and apology when mistakes are made would have ended mine and their morning...
Read moreI’ve never had a problem here before. The staff is friendly, some are bilingual, and the food is great. Even during busy times, I’ve never waited an unreasonable amount of time for my orders. I actually go out of my way and drive 20 minutes each way just to get breakfast sandwiches from this place.
However, today was disappointing. I went in planning to order three breakfast sandwiches and two iced teas. The cashier, Marjorie (as listed on my receipt), seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. She asked if I was being helped, I said no, and she looked visibly annoyed as she started to take my order.
I ordered one sandwich and was about to continue with the rest, but she cut the transaction short, told me the total, activated the card reader, and walked away. I tried to let her know I wasn’t done ordering, but she kept walking. It wasn’t busy at all either, just me and one other person who had already ordered.
I paid for the single sandwich and left. There was no point in ordering more when the staff made it clear they didn’t want...
Read moreRecently purchased a special stated on the door for tuna salad. As I approach the counter, a girl comes up named Anna. She takes my order and says I have a side to go with my order. When she returns, she charges me and gives me the incorrect change and runs away. I wait for her to return and she states “oh yeah, I forgot to give you five dollars” as if she knew exactly what she was doing. I look at my order and it’s missing a pickle a re-enter the store. I approach Anna and ask her for my pickle with my order she stays it doesn’t come with one. I explain to her the sign outside her door states tuna salad with a side salad and a pickle. She then says “there are no more pickles left either way” with the rude attitude. She runs away and get me a pickle. Highly disappointed with her behavior and customer service experience is very low.
