Subway — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I work in this Walmart and eat here all the time. Its usually very good service but today was horrible. I order the same sandwich every time and never have a problem. Today, I was disgusted with what I saw. The person behind the counter was hard of hearing, the lady in front of me and myself both had to repeat what we wanted at least 3 times. Next, our bread was so burnt that we said something and they guy helping us still proceeded to wrap up our burnt sandwich. I told him if I can't eat it because its too hard, I'm bringing it back....well I threw it out. I lost my appetite because as I go to take a bite, the bread is so burnt, its too hard to bite into. You cant taste anything but the burnt bread. I will not eat the sandwiches...

So I used to go there no problem order my food. But then someone different started working there and he is very rude. One time I ordered a sandwich and he messed up, but had the ordasity to blame me. Seems like he didn't hear me and instead of asking to repeat myself he just decided to put w.e sauce he wanted. Not only that, he offered the next person online if they wanted the free sandwich instead of me that he messed up the order on. Now today after a while of not showing up I clearly didn't remember him but he remembered me... And instead of taking my order he said a slick comment "are you going to mess up the sandwich again" wow great customer service...

Went yesterday at 7 pm, got the falafel foot long. The bun was stale, everything inside looked bad, couldn't even eat more that a quarter of it. Went home and threw up. I stayed away from this subway, don't have a problem with others in the area. Never threw up before, ever!!! Food was disgusting!!! I don't know how they have such good reviews. Suspect they are...
