I purchased pants in this boutique and the designer label that was sewn into the pants were marked small however the wash label inside the pant were marked large. I live a couple hours away from the shop and when I tried on the pants when I got home they were tremendous on me. I then began to check all the tags inside the pants. The sales rep took off the Tempo tags on the outside of the pant at the store. Store policy does not let you try on clothing. When I realized there was a problem with the sizing and the labels I reached out to the store. The sales assistant gave me Linda the store owner’s phone number because he was not in a position to help me. When I spoke with Linda she was downright nasty and defensive and was one of the most unprofessional shop owners I have ever dealt with! At this time I am stuck with a $72 pair of pants that are the incorrect size. I received a very inappropriate text from Linda telling me that I would have to send back the pants at my own expense before she would refund my money. She issued no apology and made me feel uncomfortable as if I were at fault. Buyer beware and think twice about...

Would give zero stars if we could, saleswoman was rude, impolite and non accommodating when a dress that was purchased the day before had an obvious defect in craftsmanship. Made us feel like we were low life’s and would do nothing to make it right. Sure their stuff is nice but when a business takes your money and doesn’t stand behind their products, do yourself a favor...
