We were lucky enough to stumble upon this shop on the very first “First Friday” post Covid. Really cute shop right in the heart of lovely Greenport. The owner was very warm and welcoming. She offered us refreshments and some information about her pieces most of which are her own designs. She is a true artist. Her staff was very polite and helpful as well. I was able to buy some pieces from a collection she had just finished making the night before. I wore one piece already and received so many compliments. Will definitely be ordering online and visiting again next...

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have purchased multiple Frida bracelets (five in total) because I truly love your products. However, I’m incredibly disappointed by the experience with my most recent order, placed 11 days ago for an important birthday gift.

I was charged immediately, but the bracelet has not been shipped — and despite reaching out via phone and email seven times, I haven’t received a single response.

Your customer service has been unresponsive and deeply frustrating. I sincerely hope this is an exception and not a new norm...
