Five Stars!! No doubt!! It's quaint!! It's charming!!
It's old fashioned ... yet contemporary. You have all the basic comfort foods (eggs, pancakes, french toast) but prepared in unique and interesting ways.
Examples -
A 'pancake quesadilla'. WHAT?!?! Yes. A pancake quesadilla. The usual quesadilla filling but ... two pancakes instead of a soft tortilla.
Cannoli Stuffed French Toast. Just what you're thinking. Slices of french toast with cannoli cream in between ... topped with chocolate chips because ... why not! :)
The Hercules. Grilled chicken, bacon, brie, lettuce, avocado, herb mayo, honey mustard, on toasted multigrain bread.
Lobster Quesadilla. House made lobster salad, bacon, cheddar jack, smoked gouda, & chipotle sauce in a tortilla.
We didn't try everything on the menu (but believe me, we wanted to).
What we did try:
Cheesy Biscuits - two eggs with sausage gravy over cheddar biscuits. Delicious? YES!
French Toast Sticks (Kids Menu) - with a side of cannoli cream. Delicious? YES!
Sweet Potato Tater Tots - perfectly golden! sweet! delicious!
Iced Latte - with vanilla syrup. Yum!
Blended Iced Latte (think Starbucks Frappuccino) - with maple syrup. Major Yum!!
Restaurant - awesome corner lot with lots of windows and tons of light streaming in. clean! nicely decorated with a fun Super Hero theme. noise level is slightly above average (but not 'loud').
Staff - exceptionally patient, friendly, and courteous! A+
Prices - very reasonable. breakfast/brunch for two costs approximately $30 (plus tax and gratuity).
Couple of things worth noting:
Parking in the heart of Greenport Village can be difficult (especially on the weekend). Consider a municipal lot. (Be prepared for a short - maybe 1/4 to 1/3 mile.)
Credit cards are accepted - but gratuity is cash only.

Read moreI feel like it’s catered more to tourists than it is to the regulars. We’ve been coming here almost every year with the family and this year it was different. The prices were up there but the food wasn’t. I’m not a fan that you can’t put the top on the card. It’s cash only, Venmo, or Zelle. When we first walked in, we were told to sit wherever we wanted. One of the booths were pretty dirty (the seats) so we opted to sit somewhere else. The salt and pepper shakers are cute but pretty dirty as well… I didn’t want to touch them. There was a sign at the bathroom to clean up after ourselves (I mean, it’s common sense…) but alas, the bathroom was disgusting. No hand paper towels to dry hands, garbage all over, and urine on the seat. I ordered the lobster roll for $28.95. The bread weighed more than the lobster did. I’m pretty sure the filling wasn’t event close to a quarter pound. They added lettuce to make it bulky looking. Was it worth it? No. It was smothered in mayo too. My niece ordered the build your own omelette and one of her add ins was feta cheese and it tasted sour. The drinks were good and our waitress was friendly. Sadly, the food and the atmosphere is what is used to be. For the amount we paid, it...
