Ok. So, I decided it was time to treat myself. I've worked hard for the past 17 years. To some people, buying a custom suit is a normal thing. To me however, it was a very hard decision to make and one that wasn't made likely. Here is how it went down. I got to Men's Warehouse looking like a vagrant off the streets, my old winter coat hoodie dropped over my face, my pants and coat filled with stains that reflected the nature of the job to some or maybe that of a beggar off the streets to others. I wasn't expecting to be taken seriously. But, over walked a very professional looking young woman, well dressed and wore a smile on her face that was very welcoming and could make even the most uncomfortable of us feel welcomed. She approached me and welcomed me to the store. She wanted to know if there is anything she could help me with. I told her I was interested in a suit. She gave me all the options available, from the custom suits, to the ones off the rack, she encouraged me to try them on....... wait a minute, here I am looking like some one whose been sleeping on the streets, but this young lady was taking the time to go over everything in such details. Most sales associates would of said to themselves he's a wast of time and directed me to the sale section and moved on. Not her, she brought samples and more. We combed through catalog after catalog, tried suit after suit, even as I protested, she gently insisted. Never making me feel rushed or pressured. I finally made up my mind. I chose a custom made suit that I picked out. I also got a free suit with my purchase. When my suit arrived after being sent out for alterations, I was called in for the final fitting. It was superb, I mean, I felt like a million dollars. Claudia, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you were wonderful. Your attention to every detail showed me that you are a professional who takes pride...

My boyfriend and I visited this store last week in hopes of finding him a suit jacket. He left with so much more thanks to the sales associates Corey and Johnny.

With only a handful of days on the job, Johnny was willing to help my boyfriend right away. He found him a nice looking jacket that was part of a three piece suit from the clearance rack. For being relatively new, Johnny provided great help and made sure to ask Corey questions along the way if needed.

When Corey was finished helping another customer, he came over to help us. Corey answered questions my boyfriend had, provided advice, and was willing to share his take on current trends and styles. Given his background in fashion, Corey was an incredible resource during this visit.

Johnny and Corey were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very kind. We left with newfound knowledge and great additions to my boyfriend's wardrobe, including shirts that were on sale that went nicely with the new suit. We are still so happy with how smoothly this visit went. Thank you so much, Johnny and Corey!

*Be kind to sales associates and they will likely be kind back. People working in customer service do not get paid nearly enough for the demand and disrespect they receive from...

I went to pick up my tuxedo at the Kingston location for my sons wedding and the experience was quite different than when I went to rent it,That time I was greeted by a very nice woman Jamie I believe she was professional and very helpful on the other side of the coin is Shawn... I walked in he met me and I said I was here to pick up my tuxedo he said something I could not understand ( he was wearing a mask) so I said excuse me? He repeated what he said in a very rude/condescending voice . He proceeded to get my clothes ready to try on . He did not communicate with me until he said here try it on . I was done here at this point . Shawn is THE rudest employee I have met to date. I will never use this place again and recommend you do not either! Customer service is dying quick, at this shop it’s already dead ..sad to say. If me not wearing a mask makes you uneasy I’m sorry...but it’s no reason to treat customers like garbage! I do not recommend this shop to any of my google customers. Also the response from men’s wharehoue below is nonsense I emailed them over a week ago and have not heard back ! I heard back they asked me to email them and they would get back to me still have not heard back . Review stands don’t...
