I had the pleasure of purchasing my latest gravel bike from Billy at Overlook Bicycles. Being fully transparent I can be a demanding customer, and when I have a certain vision I'll stop at nothing to see it through. Billy quickly identified this about me and assisted me through a multi day purchasing process to ensure I got EXACTLY what I was looking for. He went above and beyond even working we me over email and phone calls during nights and weekend. Truly some of the most exceptional customer service I have ever received. Too add to all this. I'm an out of town customer and happened to be in woodstock for my anniversary, not Only did Billy and his team ensure that I could leave woodstock with my shiny new bike in hand, but also ensured proper helmet fits for my child, shipping directly to my house for an amazing Burley D'LITE x for my new little one (that is not a product hey carry in store), but also helped provide detailed instructions on how to put it all together once the parts that had to get shipped arrived at my house including. Phenomenal bicycle repair shop in the town of Woodstock. Great staff. Friendly people. I brought my 2016 rad mini ebike in for a tune up after 2 years of having Abused it and left it outside in the elements. Shane, the bike repairman, not only tuned it up but fixed a few things I didn't even realize had been impeding my bike's performance and i received a bike back that was running and riding better than when it was brand new.

Billy, the owner, is extremely personable and helpful. Great communication. I've had several of my families bikes serviced in different local ulster county bike shops and I've never been satisfied with the work. I liked this bike before ... now I love it....

In late November I treated myself to a new mountain bike. This would have never been possible without the help and knowledge from the staff at Overlook Bike Shop. Everyone was friendly and truly cared, they went above and beyond answering all my questions/concerns. They made sure when the bike arrived everything was sized properly for me and ensured I knew the working of the suspension. I left there feeling very comfortable and confident with my new bike and I know if I ever have any questions, I can reach out to them.
