20 Jan 2018 11am... Careful.... very picky about refunds/returns. The store employee was absolutely unwilling to budge on a return/refund of a kids sweatshirt that did not fit. Purchased 7 days ago with receipt in hand. 10 yr old Daughter popped the tags when she tried it on. If the tag is popped no refund or return it says on the receipt. They play the âSmall printâ game. Apparently the tag is worth $58 dollars??? Nonsense for a local small business. I live in TC and loved shopping the store until this happened. I wonât be back.... ever. Recommend folks just online purchase their Michigan gear in case you need to return it ya wonât deal with this tom foolery. The reason to shop local in TC does not apply here......

I was then told I could return it to the store in Traverse City. So, we drove from Grand Rapids (2 hours), but was told by the store that we couldnât return it there.    Read moreOrdered a Michigan Love#9, size medium because website says it's fitted so order up if want looser fit. I typically wear size small so I ordered up. This is the strangest fitting shirt. Measurements taper down from the bust line to the hips so I couldn't even pull it past my waist without fear of ripping it. Read some of the reviews and other people mentioned it was too loose at the bottom. Maybe quality control needs to be looked at closer with their production.
