Tennis services is the worst. I dropped my racquet on monday for restrung and the guy told me it will be done by by Friday. I went there and it was not done yet. The guy told me it will take 40 minutes, so i told him ok and went to take a walk in the mall. He called me and he said it's gonna be done tomorrow. I was ok with that also. I went the next day and a girl told me that it was not done, so i told her to bring the racquet. She brought and it was done but that guy didn't sign the sheet that it's done. I took the racquet but the vibration absorber was lost. They gave me one for free. And the racquet has something inside of it keeps jiggling Worst of the worst. this is the delivery dock for their deliveries for big semi trucks or local deliveries. Their dog is very hard to get in. You have to blindside docket. There is also a container on the left side right beside the dock and they don’t want you to hit that container because it will cause a problem. Their dock is very tight. I would suggest you guys go there when there is not enough traffic because that is a very big mall and there is a lot of traffic over there. Just be careful and take your time as much as you need docking backing anything. The people that unload there are very nice. They’re very nice. There’s a guy that I loaded. Dennis in the bike department is amazing and needs to be acknowledged!! His customer service is top notch, very knowledgeable and takes his customers needs into consideration. We came shopping for a new bike for my daughter, the bike she had her eyes on was a bit too big for comfort and Dennis went above and beyond looking into different options within the specific bike she wanted. He gave us a few options but also stated very important factors when riding a bike and gave us his personal recommendation. We loved his advice and decided to go with what he recommended, which also still gave my daughter the option to get the bike she had her eyes on in the first place.
