When we arrived around 11:45am we had to put our names on the waitlist, wait was about 15 minutes (it’s a Thursday for reference). We noticed some others that came in after us were seated quicker and learned that’s because you can get in line online before you arrive. We ordered the million dollar bacon - it’s not super crispy so if you like crispier bacon, request that. It was delicious! Not super spicy if you’re worried about that. The straws are biodegradable, but not the annoying cardboard kind that get soft so fast. So that’s pretty cool. Our food was delicious! My mom got a half sandwich and salad combo, and I got a quinoa chicken pesto bowl. It was crave-worthy - I will definitely be back! I will say however, they could add a few more sun dried tomatoes and a little more feta to keep the ratio better so you get more variety in each bite. But that’s just me having attention to detail and being particular about food. :) My mom said her meal was also delicious, the sourdough bread was soft and not hard/crunchy which she enjoyed. Dressing on the salad was really good! Some other things I noticed: -They leave a pitcher of water on the table so you never run out. -They have kids menus -They have raw sugar and stevia -They have individual restrooms! Two for men, two for women. Really love this, you can have more privacy. Our server was friendly and welcoming, came to check on us the perfect amount, and overall it was a really great experience. Will be back!

Great quality and variety of food, good coffee, but unfortunately ok service. Our waiter, whose name I did not catch, didn't pay much attention to us, where we would ask for a coffee cup and he brought us a glass, hard to grab his attention etc. Depending on what day and time you go it can be VERY busy. I went for lunch on a Sunday and we had to put our names on the waiting list through an app 45 min before and and our party of 5 had to go in the restaurant 20 min before it was our turn to get a table. The initial wait for the table was normal for a popular restaurant that does not take reservations, but the wait for the food was excrutiatingly long. In total, I believe it took about a little over an hour to receive all of our food. Also something else I noticed is from about 3/4 of the dishes they serve, at least half of those plates are covered with a pile of "salad", when really it was a pile of partially washed mixed greens with minimal dressing. This is a good restaurant food wise, but if you're on a time crunch, this isn't the place for you.

This location was terrible. Ordered decaf coffee it was not hot at all. Informed the waitress she said ok I’ll bring another one but didn’t take away the container or the cup. When she returned with the coffee it was definitely hot but disgusting. We were sat a a small table and it would seem like she would remove the items we were using. I had to ask her to do that. I ordered shrimp and grits. There was absolutely no flavor to the grits. The food was so bland. My pancake was ok and I know I only ate it because of the lemon custard. The pancake alone was very dry. I’ll pass on this location. Nothing like wasting your money.

Dreadful experience. I rarely ever write reviews and consider myself to be a reasonable and understanding human, but I cannot overlook how terrible our experience was and how poorly operated this restaurant is. We entered the restaurant and were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. No problem… We put our name on the waitlist and went outside and patiently waited. After about 45 minutes had passed and hearing nothing, we decided to go inside in fear that we had been forgotten. Upon asking where we were at on the waiting list we were told that it wouldn’t be much longer. While we waited, we observed numerous tables clear out and the staff seemed to struggle with cashing customers out as they were leaving. During this time, the waiting list continued to grow and not a single person was being seated. This went on for well over 30 minutes as there didn’t seem to be a designated host or any urgency to seat guests at all. After over an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and watching the restaurant continue to empty out and no one being seated, I decided to take a look at where we were at on the wait list. While doing so I was scolded by employee to step away and not touch the wait list! Somehow in all that time there were still 7 people ahead of us. At that point my girlfriend and I had had enough and had to leave out of sheer frustration and anger. To add insult to injury we received a text message about 20 minutes after leaving that our table was ready. No thanks. Overall just a very poorly run operation/establishment. I’d give it 0/5 stars if I could. Do...

The rating system is too generous for a place like this. Atmosphere was chaotic when first seated. I believe in being patient because choosing the restaurant in the first place means you want to try and eat there. HUGE emphasis on the “try”.They had no interest in serving us. I had went to go use the restroom and my partner was left at the table waiting. A couple proceeds to come after us get their drinks in regular cups and get their order taken before us. As I come back to the table there is a semi clear coke as my drink. I understanding it is watered down and notice it is in a to-go cup. The waiter Proceeds to inform me after me asking that it is not coke and I would prefer a different drink, that the machines are down on carbonation. That’s two strikes and I am telling my partner we chose this place and to be patient… oh I was wrong for sure. Order is taken and we proceed to wait 45 minutes until 250pm in house hoping our food would come out. That never happened. My partner is antsy now and wants to ask why our food is taking so long. She proceeds to be ignored and not acknowledged at any point. As a customer to say we tried to eat at this establishment is hilarious but for everyone that wants to eat here trying it brand new. Maybe don’t wait for 45 minutes for your food. Just leave when it doesn’t come out in a timely manner. That’s the best advice I...
