Been coming here for about 5 years - previously would've given it 5 stars. The food was always great, the service was always great.

I will not be coming back after this evening.

I called around 3:30pm and asked if they had availability for a table of 7 for 9pm for my birthday dinner. I got a chipper "Yep! We have room, come on in!" with no mention of the fact that they close at 10.

I was a bit late but the rest of the table was already sat and complained of some passivity from our server, Jordan. We'd ordered our drinks and food. I have no idea what Jordan's beef with my colleague is - if she somehow knew him or what - but she was especially passive-aggressive towards him. Another had hair in her shot that we'd ordered.

It was very easy to tell that the server was trying to give up our table to another server.

Again, without the context that they close at 10, we were bluntly told at 9:55 "if you want drinks, get them now. Cutoff's at 10." My other colleague walked up to the bar not even 2 minutes later because Jordan had disappeared (again) and she was told "yeah, last call already happened."

When the food came, all of our plates were essentially slammed down and we were missing an entire burrito. My one friend was kind enough to split hers. As soon as the food came, the music was also cut off.

We'd finished our meals and any waitstaff was nowhere to be found. The check got slammed on the table, we were FINALLY told they close at 10 and they started putting tables up.

We needed just 5 minutes to figure out how we were splitting it, and we still tipped because of human decency - but it was about 20 minutes before anyone collected the check. On the way out the door all the doors were locked and lights were off.

We all totally understand not wanting to take a large group right before close, but we were never made aware of closing time prior to ordering. Furthermore, coming from a group in the service industry, the level of dismissive and passive behavior from Jordan, whatever the reason, was unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting.

It's sad that my birthday dinner couldn't have been more special, and it's sad to let go of what used to be a...

Mismanagement at its finest. From the reservation down to the experience this place underwhelmed. Called for a reservation, hostess wants nothing to do with me tells me to go online. It’s a group of 12, can’t make reservation online, she says make 2 reservations of 6. After an uncomfortable conversation she lectures me about how this is a onetime occurrence taking the reservation over the phone. We finally get the reservation set after 20 minutes. Before she hung up the phone she made sure to say for future reference make reservations online. I kindly tell her for future reference go on her website , you can’t make lunch reservations online and again remind her their website says call for groups of 7 or more, and doesn’t take resys for 12. All in all, there were plenty of red flags ,but I love the pizza here so I decided to relax and not cancel.

Came in for lunch today, tables not ready. After being seated it takes over 20 minutes to be greeted. (The place was dead) It take 20+ more minutes to get water and silverware. It takes so long to get service we plan to order when we order drinks, think again! Come to find out they don’t serve pizzas or the specials on the menu they give us for lunch. (I guess it’s too hard to have 2 sets of menus a lunch and dinner menu or even write it on the menu?) Food was good, checks took way too long (I give grace here bc server was nice enough to split checks, albeit it could have been a lot more done with good training)

All in all, all these issues were due to poor training, lack of management, and complacency by the management. The server did his best with the hand he was dealt. Hoping corporate sees this review and steps this up. We did our holiday party here, we’ve had numerous client events but this place has clearly given up. It’s sad because it has all tools to be great like many other union...

From the moment you step into this place, it’s a mid century modern cool/hip looking spot that looks nothing like any other restaurant around here. It has a 70s vibe, almost like an up north cabin that is really upscale chic modern. It reminds me of one of my favorite hotels in Scottsdale AZ called Hotel Valley Ho. We were quoted a 35-40 minute wait on a Friday night around 7pm for 3 people. No biggie, we sat at the bar. No one came to ask us what we wanted to drink for about 10 mins. When she finally came, she apologized and said there was a bill in front of us and thought we checked out? Weird. A guy was making donut balls and offered us some, they were amazing! When we put our drink order in, I got a text message that our table was ready! Really excited it didn’t take that long, i walked to the front desk and they said they can seat me in a minute. I went back to the bar and the bartender said she will take our drink orders now and get them to our table, we thought how convenient! Wrong... when we finally got to our table the waitress acted like she never heard of that. They put us in a table in some side cold room that wasn’t anywhere near the warm nice 70s hip style. The room was small and loud with the table neighbors downing drinks like it was their job. The margaritas finally came and it was undrinkable. It was like they took a bag of sugar and dropped it into my cup. I returned it and she told me I was the first person to return it, what? I got the burrito, chips and salsa, my wife had an off the menu quesadilla, and our friend had the tacos. Apparently the tacos were the winner. My burrito had so much dough, after 1 half, I was full. It was mediocre, 6/10. Overall, the actual physical appearance is amazing! I just wish the food drinks and wait staff were up to the same level. Maybe a...

Came here for dinner. My wife made a reservation for 6:30pm. We showed up and was welcomed by a friendly host. We got seated quickly. The atmosphere was great with so many cool decorations, cool furnitures, fire places, chairs, etc… As we sat down, the waiter quickly came and checked on us for drinks. I ordered a spicy margarita (not the habanero which was way more spicy). And to be honest, the margarita was alright, it wasn’t nothing special. For the food, I got 4 tacos to try and a rice bowl with pulled pork. For the tacos: - Banh Mi: the pulled pork meat was great, really flavorful, however I felt like there was too much pickled jalapeños and carrot, and cabbage which took away the flavor of the pulled pork. 3/5 - Pollo Asado: chicken was alright, nothing was really impressive. 2/5 - Carne Asada: steak was good and tender, that was it, nothing really stood out. 2/5 - Shrimp Po’Boy: the shrimps were great and flavorful. 3/5 For the rice bowl: the pork was amazing, I believed it was the same pulled pork they put on the Banh Mi taco. The rice was also really good. I wish they gave us more rice and pulled pork, the portion was a little bit small. The seaweed was good. Once again, there were a lot of different picked veggies on the bowl which took away the flavor of the meat and rice themselves. Overall, for the food if they could take it easy on the pickles, the food could’ve been much better. For the price, the tacos were a little pricey in my honest opinion. The rice bowl was at a good price range. I might come back to try other dishes out.

The look and feel of this place is quite unique. I believe they're going for 70s feel Mexican restaurant. Lots of color. A portion of the restaurant has a fireplace with seating around it which I felt was a great touch. The tables and seating were clean and fairly comfortable. The food was just okay tasting though. We had ordered the fugezzeta and salsas for appetizers. The salsas were well made and tasty. The fugezzeta was very tasty and I would highly recommend both items. I had the pollo asado and chopped brisket tacos. Unfortunately I felt they fell short on both of these. They didn't really stand out, but they weren't terrible either. Just average tasting. I did enjoy the taste of the beans and rice. The look and feel of the place is unique, but the food doesn't make me crave to come back. I wouldn't turn it down if I was meeting up with people, but I am also not going out of my way to plan to meet here.
