Bespoke — Local services in Truckee

Great little store. Be prepared to buy a bag! Even when spending over a hundred dollars. I come from a tourist town too Saint Helena. No way would an upscale gift store charge you for a bag. The bag has their logo, free advertising walking down the street. On my way back to the car I asked other shoppers from other stores if they had to buy the bag, all said no. One even showed me they had given him a gift box. I am well aware this is a law in California, but gift stores can probably just give their towns ordinance the money per bag. Living in the Bay Area, I needed a birthday gift for my son's girlfriend who lives in Truckee. I wanted to support a local shop during the Covid 19 shut down so my son suggested Bespoke. I cannot say enough good things about Bespoke Truckee. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure I got the item I wanted. They were out of the item I wanted and Alicia took my name down and told me she would call me when they received it. She messaged me a few days later to let me know the item was in stock and she promptly had it shipped to me. I was very impressed with her follow up and customer service.
