Just stopped bye with my wife to purchase a $37.00 bottle of Basalmic. We've shopped here numerous times, for ourselves and gifts for friends. My wife went to the exact location of the product, pulled out the front bottle and grabbed the next one in line. You would have thought we got caught trying to steal it. The owner wanted to know what was wrong with the first bottle, my wife answered she wanted the 2nd one, no reason!! The owner retsponded that they were all the same and the first one was just fine, and on and on and on. We went to pay and as he continued to question why my wife too the 2nd bottle, my goodness!!! it's self serve let it go. As I got my change she was still yammering about why we took the 2nd bottle. Well let this review be a record that we will never set foot in your store again!!! I had the most lovley customer service experience here. I was greeted immediately upon entry and promptly shown around the store. The employee that helped me gave amazing pairing ideas and really made sure I had a great experience in this shop. I have never felt more welcome by a shop on the downtown strip in all the years I lived in Truckee! Not to mention the prices are really reasonable for such splendid product.
