Best First time experience for the family. We are young people who snow board and older people who ski. Best place for beginners to pros, from A-Z.

We stopped in based on a young 20 something year old's recommendation. He shared that this is the 'snow ski and snow board A-Z' to complete our snow board purchase. He shared that everyone on slopes knows this gem of a business.

We stopped in and were immediatley greeted by 2 young guy. Logan was welcoming and allowed his colleague to give is the dime tour and lead us to snowboard bindings.

He asked our son many questions to understand his needs. We absobed the incredible information and recommendation and decided on Burton Bindings.

Next, Dana the owner asked good questions about being goofy foot, right, left...to help us decide to place bindings on optimal. Dana placed bindings on and recommended 18 degree placement. Our son was happy and we had an extraordinary customer service experience.

I first went into Totally Board shop 3 years ago. It is such a good vibe! They are my go to shop - get in there! The knowledgable, patience & the genuine want to help you get in/on the right gear is apparent the minute you walk in the store. The shop has a great selection of both winter & summer gear. Taylor the manger & all the staff are such a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys for guiding me towards the best equipment for my style of riding ; as well as looking after my overseas visitors that had A LOT of questions. I have purchased my board, boots, bindings & recently a new helmet. All at different times…did I say they were patient & kind! The days of good customer service are not lost...

If I could give Taylor at Totally Board more than five stars, I definitely would! Although I was a walk in, their team provided me with the BEST service, and provided customized gear that was tailored towards my skateboarding style and freestyle goals on the mountain.

With Taylor's help, I ended up leaving the store with new bindings, boots, helmet, goggles, and a jacket at amazing prices! He provided me with an excellent array of options, and ensured everything fit correctly. I am now riding every weekend at Northstar with their gear, and will be sure to come back for more!
