This was an uncomfortable environment. They were immediately pressuring sales. The shirt was marked up significantly due to taxes (they told me "Jesus made taxes"), which is fine but that shirt wasn't worth $55, more like $10. I still bought it to try to support the locals but I should have followed my gut. After I tried the shirt on about 20 minutes later after the purchase, as they don't have a dressing room, I didn't like the fit or how I felt in it, so I went to return it but they refused. I have traveled the world and this was probably one of the worst customer service and one of worst experiences I've had. I do not recommend, much more adorable boutiques right...

Always my go to place for that special gift for friends and relatives. Plus, I can never leave without picking up something unique for myself from a pair of earrings to a scarf to a sweater, etc. As a Truckee local I encourage us all during this time not only to support Marilyn, but to recommend her as well. The staff is exceptional and when I have been involved in fund raising and charity events. Marilyn has always been generous and thoughtful with her donation.
