I was getting in late to Tahoe and needed a pair of skins for a backcountry course. I called them, paid over the phone, and had a friend pick up the skins. Was happy they were able to do this for me.
The skins were the wrong size. Bag was labelled with one size, skins were a different size. No big deal, mistakes happen. Went back the next morning and they sorted me out with correct size skins and I just showed up late to my Backcountry course with uncut skins.
Went back that afternoon to get the skins cut. An employee apologized for the situation, paused a board repair that was in progress, and cut the skins for me. Unfortunately he did a bit of a rough job (see photo). I would've just done em myself if I'd known he would rush through the skin cutting job.
Additionally, the glue on skins seems melted and the skins are incredibly hard to pull apart. I wonder if they may have been stored improperly at the shop.
I'd be happy for the shop to make this right but overall would not recommend this shop for Backcountry gear as perhaps they're more focused on skating park snowboarding.

I spent probably a good hour and a half in Arbor picking the brains of the super cool salespeople from boards to helmets to bindings they broke everything down and explained why this particular feature might be better than that one, etc. I never felt like I was bothering them and I got the feeling they could sit and gab about this stuff all day long.
To sum it up - overall selection (boards, bindings, goggles, boots, helmets, gloves, clothing, everything!) fantastic, store layout was great, it was easy to find, and the best customer service I've found in a shop like anywhere...
