I feel pretty confident in my ability to review this place, I’ve been coming here for years. The staff here take pride in helping their customers, from the regulars to the first time visitors. Everyone loves taking time to talk about their favorite products and recipes. Nobody is shy about steering you away from bad purchases. The product diversity is impressive and things are well organized.

Employees here are treated fairly and management listens to feedback. The result is a very comfortable place to spend your time. I can say with confidence that if you get a chance to work here, you’ll be taken care of. This is a brilliant example of local ownership and operation.

This store is built around a strong sense of community. People remember your face, usually for good reasons. If you’re well-mannered, you can share all of your celebrations and miseries here, just don’t hold up the line. This place has everything you need, especially if you ask nicely.

I went to the store and asked for a bag for my product. I was then asked if I wanted a box. I said no. I would like a bag. That is my choice. I paid for the bag. It won't support the stuff in a bag sir. I do this every week. Please can I just have a bag I'll pay for it. I don't know why you need a bag for something that has handles. Don't go there. Their assistant manager is rude as can the. I’m primarily leaving this review to Highlight this group taking on a NEW location in Lake Oswego.

As this Tualatin location has ALWAYS been awesome and worthy of passing by liquor stores closer to my home — they brought the same high expectations & execution to the 2nd (LO) store!

Now there’s a second location to make life easier and I know what I’ll get each time I walk into either:

• Selection — thoughtful, huge & yes.. in STOCK. • Store — clean, inviting & easy to navigate. • Team — friendly, helpful & like what they do.

If you could franchise out how to operate & run a liquor store, this would be the group to model :)
