Good customer service and quick sales when trying to sell American Eagle bullion coins. A little bit irked since my latest sale here though. I've sold Eagle bullion coins here multiple times and they've always given me the eagle coin price listed on their website, all fair. On my most recent sale though, I was told they'd only give me the price of the raw metal while they were still actively advertising the eagle coin price. When I tried to explain that it wasn't raw metal but an official American eagle bullion coin, I was told they wouldn't give me the eagle price because the coin wasn't in a case? What? None of the other eagle coins I've ever sold here were in cases yet I was offered eagle coin price on those sales. I don't understand what the difference was with those transactions and this one. I feel a bit let down since I always drive a long way to specially come to this store since I've always trusted their sale prices, yet that didn't happen this latest time. I'll still roll around in the future here to buy and sell unique coins, but I think I'll be finding somewhere else to sell any future American Eagle bullion coins where they note the difference between Eagle bullion coins and raw metal. Not sure that was worth it for the few dollars they saved giving me the raw metal price over eagle price. Maybe add some transparency to the eagle prices on the website if they're only being offered for eagle coins under...

I don't recommend buying from this company online; if you do, ask to see valid recent comps. In my experience, their salesperson on WhatNot repeatedly misrepresented the value of an item during a live auction (to entice higher bids and create a false sense of urgency). I won the bullion item, and when I received it, noticed a gaping value discrepancy (their salesperson was stated $1100-1800 Mexican Aztec Silver Kilo was worth $2400 to $3800). When I contacted the company to inquire, they admitted their salesperson's error. When I asked them to buy it back for the low end of their stated value ($2400) they refused. To recap, NO return, refund or exchange offered by the company (via Marcey Love). I reported the issue to WhatNot (whose customer service agreed with me, but offered a lackluster resolution).
