I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at the Live Hydration Spa. After a grueling week of work training that left me physically and mentally drained, I needed something more than just a good night's sleep to recover. I decided to try their Energy IV drip, and it turned out to be a fantastic self-care decision.

From the moment I walked in, the environment was calming and professional. But the true highlight of my visit was Yvette Guzman. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She made me feel completely welcome and at ease, thoroughly explaining the process and answering all my questions with patience and a smile. Her skill in administering the IV was impressive - it was totally painless.

Within an hour of finishing the drip, I felt a noticeable shift. I felt perfectly hydrated, and the mental fog I’d been dealing with lifted, and I was left with a sense of revitalization and invigoration that I haven't felt in a long time. It was the perfect reset button after pushing myself so hard in my training.

I’ve been coming here since early spring and I can tell you that my experience has been more than pleasurable! The first time I tried an IV my energy levels went up, I had less pain and tension due to sore muscles from working out in the gym and having a very active lifestyle. Along with that, I had an instant glow plus since my body was so hydrated my water intake for multiple days after increased. There are so many different IV packages to choose from and I always have a hard time choosing one because they’re all good and extremely beneficial for the body. This is not only for athletes or with people with certain conditions, IV hydration is literally for everyone!! Outside of the way it made me feel, this location is very welcoming. The decor is very nice, cozy and updated. There are a few rooms to choose from which are all decorated nicely. This place is extremely clean and all of the nurses are helpful and wonderful to work with. I’ve been to other places in the past and they don’t come close to this place! I am a monthly member with some nice perks and I always can’t wait till my next IV. Sometimes going twice in one month. Soooo my friend Sawyer and I had a long week of training. I couldn’t wait for our last day to get my IV. I felt mentally and physically exhausted and sleep deprived. I was definitely struggling and was not feeling myself. We walked into Live Hydration Spa and I instantly felt disconnected from my everyday demanding tasks. Yvette Guzman greeted us and explained the process to us thoroughly. Yvette treated us with respect, patience and a lot of humor. I was nervous at first because I do not like needles, but it was a quick poke and no digging in my veins. Yvette was gentle and made it an easy experience. She was very compassionate, humble and very professional. Yvette answered our questions and gave us some healthy suggestions. There were many options to choose from, electrolyte, digestive or anti-aging treatments and more! Overall the spa has a luxury setting filled with beds, recliners, massage chairs and fluffy blankets🥰.
