I'm from SC, but came to visit my daughter here in Arizona. I just had to have my hair done. Way over due, lol. Greentoes recommended Boss Shears to me. I am forever grateful. Brooke and her husband Hector worked on my hair. I gotta tell ya, it's scary going to a new place. But when Brooke started doing my hair, I felt comfortable. She did my hair with so much confidence and ease. Hector, shampooed, cut, and styled my hair. I have to admit, my hair has NEVER looked this nice ever. I know I can't refer people cause I live across country. But for anyone reading this, I promise you will not regret it. I never loved my hair till now. The owner is super sweet she's the one who did my hair but when you mess up you should rectify it somehow. I went in for one thing and after 2 sessions she said she couldn't finish and asked me to go somewhere else. When i did they told me they were scared to finish it for fear of breakage from all the damage. I had virgin hair before this place and hardly ever used heat. I threatened to report her but i felt bad in the end. She told me go ahead and that she would do the same which i didn't understand. I just thought it was so wrong for her to not atleast give me some if not all my money back since i had to settle with an ugly yellow blonde color for fear of damage instead of the grey a originally asked her for. On top of the color my hair is beyond damaged. It makes me so sad that i trusted her...

My boyfriend’s haircut was pretty botched on the neckline. Hector shaved off too much on one side and it was uneven. He didn't say anything about it. My boyfriend didn't notice as he couldn't see the back of his head. I didn't notice until we left and I saw how uneven it was. We thought about going back, but even if he shaves the other side it would just look ridiculous and his college graduation is coming up. It was only a $20 cut in 15 minutes, I think if someone makes an irreparable mistake they shouldn't even charge $20. Or at least we wouldn't have tipped 25%.
