Desirable Nails — Local services in Tucson

As a former client who used to go there to get her lashes & nails done over there, I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone at all. There’s been times where the owner wasn’t there on time when I booked an appointment with her at all. The salon is an absolute mess & the owner doesn’t clean any of her nail products. Last Thursday, I was leaving my appointment that I just had with my lash tech & was going to my other appointment when the owner flipped out and tried to have a fight with those two girls in the parking lot while the owner had a client . The owner told me that if I don’t send her the money that I was going to give to my nail tech( used to work there) then I’m not allowed in the salon at all. (MIND YOU! I booked with my nail tech two weeks ago for that appointment last week & I never BOOKED WITH THE OWNER for that thursday. So i was never the owner’s client at all!) I walked back into the salon to help my lash tech to take her items out of the salon & the owner said “get out of my salon mackenzie you three have disrespected me” and I HAVE NEVER...

on 4/28 I had a 9 a.m. appointment for a manicure and I showed up at 8:55 only to get a text at 9:17 saying my manicurist Julia was running late & would be there shortly. I waited until 9:33 & she still hadn’t shown up (my text was left on Read) so I just left. Later the same day I got a call from her apologizing & asking me to come back the next day at 9 a.m. & she’d take care of my nails (with a discount) so I agreed. I showed up again today (4/29) at 9 a.m. and was told by another employee that Julia again would not be showing up to do my nails. I’m very confused about how this shop does business and also pretty annoyed that my time was wasted not just once, but twice. Despite the great reviews, I wouldn’t recommend this...

I have been going to desirable nails and lashes for a year and a half Ive always been happy with the service and the way Julia makes me feel appreciated as a customer and since I made the choice to use desirable nails and lashes to do my nails and lashes I won't go anywhere else, as a matter of fact I recommend anyone looking for beautiful nails pedicures and lashes they should definitely take the time to book an appointment with desirable nails and lashes as soon as they can you will definitely be happy with the service and I am sure you won't go anywhere else either.
