I had the worse experience at this store. It was so highly recommended by many people I decided to go and see for myself. Besides having a toddler running around crying and another kid bothering making the toddler cry, when I needed help the “owner” had her toddler in arms. Which I’m ok with I know some people struggle and need help, but every time she would try to put the toddler down she would let out this loud scream and cry. She is so strict about the hygiene of trying the fajas on when her whole store smelled from her toddler having a dirty diaper. I just think she needs to organize herself a little more because if I was the city, witch I don’t know how it works for private owned stores, I know they would not like what they saw.

My wife got measured and tried on a faja she thought it fit good we got the 5xl. Today Saturday my wife puts it on because she wanted to wear it turns out she got it to big and it was a bit loose. So we go back to the store to exchange it for a smaller one and the lady there today got upset that we were trying to exchange it at this point I walked out because I was pissed off. But she did the exchange my wife ended up getting 3XL from a 5XL big difference but charged $17 more aside the $120… and she kept saying that they shouldn’t be doing this and this will be the only time she will be allowed to exchange this just giving us hard time. Read moreThree months ago I came to this store in the Tucson mall and was interested in purchasing a Faja belt, but they didn't have my size available. So, I was told that it could be ordered at the current price ($15) and I would receive a phone call when it arrived. A couple days ago, I received that call and was excited to come and pick it up. Yesterday, I arrived at the store, they looked up my order and proceeded to tell me that the price has gone up to $25 because it was coming from Columbia. (Don't ALL they're products come from Columbia? ). Mind you that it was noted on the order $15. She refused to sell it to me at the original quoted price. Not happy. She then called her supervisor to whom offered a 10% discount. While on the phone speaking with her supervisor I sensed a bit of attitude and disrespect.
