Level of professionalism is appalling.

Walked into store on 8/31/14 at 4:30pm and revived no greeting. Had to find somebody to help myself and my colleague were there getting fitted for atire for a wedding we were groomsmen. We were eventually pointed in the right direction by an employee. On our way to the area we were pointed to there were two small children laying on top of each other in the stairs directly in our path. These children were extremely loud and obnoxious the entire time we were in the store with no intervention by the staff or patents. The young lady who assisted myself or my colleague had the customer communication skills of a brick. Completely mumbled unable to hear her which didn't help because the kids were still screaming in the store. I had to ask multiple times for her to repeat herself. Furthermore she didn't even give clear instructions on what to do while being fitted she would hold up a tape measure and expect me to know exactly what to do. This happened again when she came up to me with a dress shirt and simply held it up. What was she expecting me to do? Take it? Put it on? Eat it?

Level of communication between coworkers was also poor. Multiple times we were interrupted by another employee coming up and ask questions while I was attempting to be "fitted". Furthermore this other employee needed to ask me a question but didn't know who I was with my colleague there. She asked the young lady fitting us rather than addressing us. Furthermore when she ask a coworker she did so in a manner of the referred to me as an "IT" rather than as a "he" or a customer.

After I had on my dress shirt and vest, the young lady fitting us did not ask how it felt she did not check how tight the collar or how the vest fit on my chest she simply looked at it once for a couple of seconds and said "okay I guess you can take it off now" I will be returning to a different store location to be re fitted As I am unsure if it was correct or not I should have been more assertive that she check at the time of but i was more anxious to get out of the store due to the screaming children.

At this point my colleague and I were told to head downstairs to the main area and walk around and look at stuff, no joke, while they completed some paperwork this process took 15 minutes, 10 minuets to long.

I'll tell you what if I ever have a wedding and have items that need rented out I will not do business...

I was in desperate need of a nice outfit so I could attend a wedding. In all honesty, I didn't have high hopes first entering, but I thought it would be worth checking out.

The moment we walked in, Yesenia approached us and asked us what we wanted. A nice, cost effective suit - which I know can be a difficult ask.

She got right work, helping us find items within my budget, but ones that also looked fabulous! She spent a good amout of time with us to ensure we got everything we needed. Working with Yesenia was an absolute joy, and madd what I thought would be a difficult experience into a fun one :)

She got me decked out in a superb outfit that I am super excited about, all within such an excellent price I was actually exciting shopping for the suit rather than dreading....

Yesenia really made my experience so wonderful, that if I ever need another outfit like this, I'd want to go back to this store and ask for her specially. She was just an absolute joy to work with and was extremely patient with me. I feel that she made the shopping enjoyable for us - I actually had a lot of fun.

She was very knowledgeable and efficient with getting me all set up, and the bottom line I spent walking out was one that I did not have buyer's remorse over - I got an outfit I wanted at an excellent price.

Above all, Yesenia turned what would've been a stressful, high money spending event into something a lot more palatable - and shall I even say fun? I had fun working with her, and love everything I purchased.

I would definitely consider returning back here and would definitely what to work with Yesenia again - I can't say enough great things about her. She made the shopping...

What an outstanding experience. Amazing selection, knowledgeable and attentive help, fair prices, and outstanding service. I explained my needs to Victor for some business clothes to wear for a new job, and he helped me pick out multiple outfits to set me up for success. Measuring my fit, recommending colors, getting the right items for me, re-choosing items based on fit after trying them on, explaining where this should fold or that should tuck - overall excellence that you can't find anywhere else. I went into my first day looking sharp and feeling confident, and that's not something I would have if I got some generic fitting clothes off of amazon. If you want to look good, feel good, and experience the difference a professional makes, check out this store specifically.
