Miniso — Local services in Tucson

Bought an item and walked out of the store, opened it and it fell apart causing my daughter to drop it. Went back in to exchange it and they tried telling us it was our fault and because we dropped it, it was broken, even though they literally watched the part come off.

Long story short, they exchanged it, but not before indirectly calling us a liar multiple times.

Super cute store! Unfortunately they have a very limited return policy, only 7 days. When I went to go return my items today, after 3 days, the manager had just left. The one employee to tend to the entire store was unable to make the return for me. So as I am writing this I am waiting for her to return in...
