Windsor to the rescue once again. I told my wife, why do we keep going to 10 different stores looking for a graduation outfit for our daughters when every time we end up finding something here. She agreed (I documented her agreeing) and this will not be our starting point. It will probably only be worn once, however, these prices are super reasonable, so I can live with it. Accessories aside, because every father learns quick, no lady can go without Accessories. Staff was friendly this time and every time we have shopped here. Read moreGirls who work here are rude, snotty, can’t communicate, and are honestly not that bright. Not sure what’s wrong with this location, but the employees always have a bad attitude, close the fitting rooms early, and hate being asked any questions / to do their job.
Most things are final sale, so on two separate occasions (since they don’t want to keep even one of their 1/2 dozen fitting rooms open) I elected to put the items on hold and come back. Both times I came back the next day to try on and then they closed the store early!
In addition, I think the company started using a different manufacturer, because everything runs small in that store nowadays.

Read moreI shop here often. I have a busy lifestyle and sent my husband in to return something for me. I misread the receipt and was off by a day. Which okay I can accept. He also attempted to return a hat on my behalf that still had the security hard tag on it and I bought it for an event and I couldn’t use it due to that. Leslie was the cashier who assisted him. She was unnecessarily rude. She could have said I’m sorry or offered a discount for their fault. But no she decided to take the rude route with the 1 day late and the hat.
