Manager I believe her name was Jodi? She had no customer service at all. She was extremely rude to customers and her employees. She couldn’t figure out her new system and got so frustrated she threw my receipt and slammed it on the counter and was getting frustrated with what looked like a new employee that was trying her best and as another employee walked in for her shift, she began to yell and throw her hands up at her to figure out the stores new software, when the employee had literally just walked in and didn’t even know what was happening she had no communication with her as to what I wanted to return but instead was yelling at her and while all this was happening she was yelling at IT on the phone as well. There’s such things as having a bad day but there’s no reason your loyal customers need to witness that. I was getting so much anxiety with just being in there. I was being patient and understanding so there was no reason to be that flustered it didn’t help the process go any quicker. I’ve been a loyal customer and have seen this particular manager before and she’s always rude and acts the same way but today I just had to write a review because she was even treating her staff bad. Read moreI wanted to write this review because I feel that the three girls who were working on this day(2/19/21) at the Tucson Mall location deserve the recognition for their genuine desire to help and provide feedback on finding the right dress for my really good friend. The girls were extremely helpful in their suggestions and provided useful ideas to improve the overall look we were trying to go for. My friend was so happy with their genuine support for finding the best fit and having such amazingly good attitudes toward the process. It helped her feel very comfortable when normally it would be a tough thing for her to go through. I feel that not enough people like Martha, Cassandra, and Corrie get enough recognition for their dedication to actually wanting to help and put forth the effort—not just to customers, but to people! That’s so important! They treated us not as just everyday customers. We felt like we could actually hang out with people like them! Give them the recognition they deserve.
