My husband and I went into the store for a necklace today. I love Kendra Scott jewelry! I have a lot of their prices. I picked out a pretty one for myself today, and my husband loved it too. We told the lady it was our 17th wedding anniversary and she was cordial. We paid and she asked if we wanted the receipt emailed or printed. She verified I already had an account with my email. I opted emailed receipt. Afterwards, she took the necklace and said she had to get a new one from the back. About 10 minutes later she emerged with a pretty box. Later on in the car, I opened the box and there was a sticker with the words “This item is a gift and no return for refund will the given.” I immediately checked my email to see if a receipt had been sent. I just had a fantastic experience at Kendra Scott. I was greeted and I walked up to the door and asked what I would like to look at. Anna Very quickly took me to exactly what I wanted to see. She asked good questions and help me pick out what I was looking for. When they only had one of them in stock and I wanted to of them she called Utica Square and put another one on hold for me so that I could go pick it up. The store is only offering curbside pickup at the moment so you have to find what you want online and call to see if they have it in stock.
