Soma — Local services in Tulsa

Went into Soma for the first time yesterday to grab a pickup order. When I was waiting for the salesperson to get my order I found the perfect bra I was actually hoping to find in my online search hanging near the cash wrap. The salesperson was so kind and helpful, offering to cancel my pickup order so I could purchase the bra I had just found and liked so much better! I felt bad inconveniencing her, but she assured me it was no problem. I really appreciate that level of customer service! As far as the products go, it’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find an underwire-free strapless bra, but this is exactly what I was looking for!! My first purchase but certainly not my last, I will be a repeat customer...

Unbelievably disappointed in my visit to this store. This was my first time to be measured for a bra and I was excited to shop. I asked to be measured and was take to a room in back. The sales associate gave me a bra to try on and said she would be right back to check on me. 15 minutes later, after texting my husband who was in the store, he asked them twice to check on me. When a different associate asked if I was ok, I had to tell her to check the fit of the bra. I finally just changed and left the store in tears. I was looking to get some new bras or at least try some on in here because they look and feel so nice. I finally decided to go.in because they were having a sale and asked if I could be fitted. I was told to go back to fitting room and I waited and waited and no one came to fit me. Then the same lady asked if I was okay on the way out of fitting room, like she'd never seen me before even though she was The one I asked to be fitted, and the store wasn't busy . Just poor...
