I'm not typically one to make comments, but I've been shopping at Victoria's Secret for almost 11 years now, and my mother and I both have had credit cards and for 4 years. I've always gone there to shop and have never had any problems, but in the last year, I've observed that the customer service has deteriorated, and I'm not sure whether it has anything to do with Covid. I wanted to return some merchandise that I had purchased with a reward, and she told me that I couldn't because what I wanted to exchange it for was more expensive than the merchandise. I told her that was fine, and she said that I could still not do it because the offer was $40 or less, which made no sense. After all, the merchandise I was trying to exchange was still in the package and everything, so she was making a big deal out of nothing. I told her I wanted to speak to whoever was above her, and she told me she was a store manager and gave me the customer service number, so I called while waiting in line to confirm this because it didn't make sense because she was the store manager, I know she could override it and return it, but she didn't want to. when I spoke to customer service they fixed the issue quickly. After that, I wanted to buy something else with a $30 promotion on their bras, but they didn't have a size that I wanted, so she suggested other bras in my size that were more expensive than the promotion. I didn't notice it until after paying for it and overheard someone mention that I was the rudest customer they'd ever had. I requested a refund as well as the rewards and discounts that I had purchased on it. I didn't want to buy a bra that cost twice as much as the promotion. Waited in line for maybe 5 minutes the first time. 5 people walked out of the back room I guess they were leaving while there was a full house of customers and while walking out one girl shouts and tells one of the other girls to cover the front right. Didn’t really give her a heads up just told her to go do it. Went back in line to pay for another shirt waited maybe 30 min in the meantime the only girl up there had called for help more than once no one responded. Then myself and another person went to try and find help and all she could say was that they didn’t have enough staff. Finally someone comes out from the back has no smile on her face, poor customer service, seemed aggravated that she had to come out and help on the floor. Told her I didn’t need a receipt because I was trying to get out of there so that the other 10 customers could get help, she rolled her eyes and didn’t even say have a good evening or anything. The girl who did help god bless you honey and you need a raise. You were kind enough to greet me at the register. Customer service is a big thing to me as I work in retail myself and what I witnessed was absolutely unacceptable. Will never shop...

They really should start selling bras that fit for everyone not just skinny models😏 I am curvy and there 36 C fits tight so I know they have it to where you can order bigger bras online but I like to try on bras not purchase 1 and then go thru the whole return process of it doesn't fit comfortable. I've spent alot of money at this store and it can be addicting 😂😂😂 Favorite store in the mall other than when they have promos going on and if they run out of the item that you was supposed to get they don't even give you ANY options of getting something else to make up for the free item that's advertised just like today I wanted my VS velvet blanket and the cashier said there was none left they was all out😣 That's the ONLY deal I do not agree with and do not like at this time! #nofair...
