Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Tupelo

We went when it first opened and we didn't find one item. We went back a few months ago and omg they have my bar of soap zest I can't find anywhere else literally. They have my Cinnamon Burst toothpaste I haven't been able to find in years. The tide is a great value as well. Glade candles are cheap my pantene shampoo is cheap. We love the book section my kids enjoy them. They always find a cool toy as well. I love the variety of beds in a bag. My dogs love their toys. My husband found Dickies pants for 10.00 He also found fire retardant pants he has lots of work jeans now for 10.00. They have a lot of cool stuff and a variety. We have been a lot since we went back. Some days we leave with nothing, but the other times its like Jackpot lol The employees are friendly. I noticed all the rugs and you have to look through them. I wanted one, but we couldn't get it out of the pile from all the other rugs on top. Other than that nothing to complain about. I'm going back today for a bedding set and my husband is getting a nice jacket he saw too. Ollies is a nice trip. You never know what you will find. The store is out together...

The stores ok, you can find some good deals sometimes and the majority of the employees are friendly and helpful, i had a bad experience with one, i had decided to go to tupelo and stopped by after i got of work one night to try and grab a few essentials before they closed and had found 4 items that didnt have prices so when i went to check out i asked for a price check and the guy was not paying me any attention at all and i wasn't being confusing i told him i wanted 2 of the 4 items and being nice i even took the 2 items i didn't want and placed them back on the self while he rang up the rest of my items when i got back he told me my total and i asked if he was sure he had taken the 2 items off and he said yes so i paid and went to my car and after i got everything in i looked at the reciept and both items were on it and before i could get back in the store they had locked the doors so i ended up paying for the items and not even...

I really enjoyed my visit. It was my first time and I saw a lot of great deals! My husband thoroughly enjoyed it! It stated several times that he wanted to go back, and we were still in the store! The only staff I saw were the cashiers, which I thought was a little odd, and speaking of cashiers ours was a little on the stiff side. By that I mean, she was very monotone when she spoke. She threw all of our stuff into one bag, which I had to ask her to double bag because it was really heavy and had glass in it along with a kitchen knife set in a wooden block. She acted as if it was too much trouble and didn't say a word as we left. No "have a nice night", "Come back to see us" or anything! If it wasn't for our check out experience I would have given 5 stars. Maybe next time the customer service...
