A couple friends and I visited this store mid week last week... we were nearly instantly approached by staff questioning if we were finding everything we were looking for... we hadn't even had time to decide which way to go after entering the store. The entire time after this we all felt like we were being singled out and followed around. I passed staff members in the isle and literally watched them trying to look down into my purse, so after this I made special effort to stand directly under a camera, open my bag as wide as I could to get my phone out. I then realized how ridiculous that was considering I had done nothing wrong, nor had any intentions. I was in this store for 30 or 40 minutes...I was approched by staff at least 15 times. The more I have thought about this the more angry it makes me. The store then called the mall security that followed my two friends throughout the remainder of their time they were in the mall. 3 different stores, and then was refused service at bath and body works. This makes me livid! Because no one had done any wrong. We were all dressed very nice and were doing nothing to stand out as a menace! I DO NOT APPRICIATE BEING TREATED AS PROBLEMATIC! I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS STORE OR THE MALL AT...

I had my eyebrows done today by a very nice lady in the salon. She did a great job with shaping my brows, but the top layer of skin was pulled off with the waxing. I knew it was hurting a bit more than normal, but I was over due for a wax and chaulked it up to that. When the Alovera was applied, my skin began burning . The burn continued to strengthen as I walked to my car. After blotting the alovera, it improved somewhat. About 20 minutes later, I really looked at my brows and realized my top layer of skin had been riped off with the wax. The associate did not mention anything about this before I left. I called the store and spoke with someone in the salon. She instructed me to use alovera, even though I explained that it had caused severe buring. She also added to use gentle clensers. I use cereve products. She kept talking about irritation, but I kept telling her it was more than that. Anyway, I don't know if the wax was excessively hot or exactly what had happened, but I would have felt better if it had been addressed before I left the appointment. So I suppose I will call my PCP and see what she recommends. My appointment was at 12:30 today...

Love anything makeup and since there is no Sephora near me, then like this store. Staff is helpful and friendly. Could keep some items stocked more consistently. Rewards could be better as well as more samples but that is s company issue not particular location. I heard ultra destroys their products in case people dumpster dive for them when thrown out. It makes me not want to give them my business bc that’s just petty. If someone wants to wade through your dumpster for used or old makeup to sell to someone who buys it despite this warning, let them. They are not going to be shopping with you either way and you are just throwing it away. Why be petty? But again it’s a company issue and this particular store...
