There are no words to explain how PHENOMENAL this boutique is!! Haute Totz in Tyler, Texas is a hidden gem!! Yes, I’m taking the time to write this review because they are just that amazing!!
The team at Haute Totz is comprised of the friendliest, down to earth, knowledgeable and eager to help staff!! They are customer service orientated and take the time to focus on YOU — every time I shop with the ladies I feel like they care and want me to find what I’m looking for!!
The owner, Jemilynn is a one of a kind! I truly mean it!! She is so passionate about her mission, customers, product and beliefs. Jemilynn is dedicated to her store and also to the community! Just from being a customer you can tell she’s the right person to own a children’s boutique; an eye for classic style and a focus on providing excellent customer service!!
Haute Totz ALWAYS has the brands we love and they are fully stocked in the sizes we need! (It makes completing sibling sets BEYOND easy!) Read moreI have always recommended Haute Totz for embroidery but they will be losing that recommendation after this experience. I brought in gifts to get embroidered. Three silk pillow cases. Dropped off Friday 7/30 and was told they would be done by 8/6. I came to pick them up 8/7 and they couldn't find them. Turns out they never did them. I was told they would do them later today and I would need to come back. They close at 5. Not only do I have toddlers that nap until almost 5, but I live across town, and I scheduled a get together with these college kids for this afternoon at my house and will not have their gift because Haute Totz forgot to do them. I asked if they could do them while I run another errand but they said someone was going to lunch for an hour and I would have to wait until they are back. I would think if you messed up and forgot to do it, that would be a priority to fix, especially knowing that not fixing it means these kids not getting their gifts. Very upset. Read moreI brought in eight polo shirts to have my daughter’s school uniforms embroidered. Unfortunately, when I picked them up and brought them home, I noticed that most of the embroidery was poorly done—several designs were snagged, unreadable, or had bunched letters.
I contacted the store and was asked to send photos of the items. After doing so, I was informed that this can occasionally happen and was offered a refund for three shirt embroidery. Unfortunately, more than three of the shirts were affected. As a result, the uniforms were not only unusable, but the shirts themselves were also ruined so I was out money for the shirts as well.
It is disappointing that the quality was not checked before the items were returned, especially from a store that presents itself as an upscale establishment. I had expected more care and attention to detail.
