I was double charged due to discounts not added on the first charge and was told the first charge would be reversed. I waited the 3-5 days and it had still not been reversed. So I called the store to straighten it out. They took my name and number so the manager could call me back.
He did! Austin was so apologetic and was eager to correct the issue. He did infact correct it that very day plus an additional product for the inconvenience.
