Bad experience And waste of money! This was my second time getting Botox (first time at this place). For my first Botox experience, I received 20 units of Botox in my forehead and paid $150. The results lasted over 6 months and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about my experience with Kim. I went for the same reason wanting Botox in my forehead but I was open to hear her recommendations. She stated that I needed 40 units but never discussed the price before the treatment. Also, I should explain that I barely have any wrinkles and it’s only one fine line in my forehead so 40 units is a lot in my opinion but I decided to trust her and went with whatever she recommended. After she was done, my total was around $550 (way more than I expected and was planned to spend). The Botox kicked in after a week or so but wore off in less than 5 weeks. I was very surprised to see that my forehead went back to what it was too soon after I received the treatment from Kim. So I emailed her and explained. She kept telling me that there is no Botox on the market that lasts 6 months and it’s more like 3 months. Her argument didn’t make sense as I told her it hasn’t even been 5 weeks. She never offered any solutions or even ask to see me again to assess the area she treated. She also questioned me telling her that my 20 units of botox ( for less than 1/3 of the price that I paid her) had way better results that lasted way longer. I gave her the name of the business (ProMed) so she can look it up and verify the price herself and never heard back from her. No botox treatment is worth $550 lasting less than 5 weeks! I have been coming to Kim for the past year or so and I have been very happy with the results thus for. Back in May 2022 I went to her for the first time for Masseter botox. She was very informative and prompt, and she advised how many units to do on each side. After a couple weeks to a month she checked in on me, and I noticed I was still able to clench on one side and she was able to add a little bit more to that side. After the results starting kicking in, one month after my appointment, I was so happy with the look. My cheeks appeared less puffy and my jaw appeared slimmer. Since then, I have gone back for lip injections as well and she does amazing with those as well. I like Kim because I after visiting her 4 times or so over the past year, I noticed she's very organized, honest, and checks in on their clients to make sure they're happy with the results. I feel like I can trust her, especially after for her opinion on if I could use some cheek filler and she said she doesn't think I need it because she said I had high cheekbones. This was my second time getting my lips done, my first time was amazing unfortunately the doc was in London. I found Kim through all the amazing reviews online about her lips. I wish I could say the same but unfortunately, from the second she was done until now I have not been satisfied. I tried my best to wait it out but it hasn’t helped. Kim left me with severe bruises uneven lips. I figured over time they will get better, the bruising went away but the unevenness and lumpy lips did not. This what not the case at all from my first doc, I did not have a single bruise and was told lumps are not normal and I should immediately call if I felt one. Kim told me to wait it out and I did it’s been over 3 weeks and my filler has started migrating out side of my lips, it’s just this big ball, my upper lips are very uneven, one is larger then the other.
