They don’t deserve any stars actually… Ordered a custom rug in September 2023 with spring 2024 arrival. Picked rug up April 2024 and it was all wrong. Pattern correct but none of the colors. Was told it would be reordered and expedited. Reordered in May and received new “expedited “ rug in September 2024. In January 2024, before knowing I would not get the rug I ordered, I ordered a coffee table. 8-12 week turn around time. In late summer 2024 I started inquiring about the rug and the coffee table. I was told the “expedited” rug and coffee table were on the same boat. In September 2024 rug came in, was told coffee table was damaged and needed repair and was not on the boat. Second rug was what I had ordered and I accepted delivery of it. Called Tyson’s store in October, November with no satisfactory answers. Finally told them I wanted the table by January 1, 2025 or my money back. Was told end of December 2024 the table was damaged and my money was being refunded. There was absolutely no communication unless I initiated it and they couldn’t satisfactorily answer my questions when I did call. It was taken me this long to write this review because I was so angry. I needed to calm down. I will never step foot or shop at that...
