Very professional, fast turn around time, high quality work. Bought three girls lehnghas, plus jewelry, here and the staff was amazing! They dealt with my nieces and made sure they were happy as well as doing the proper measurements. Made the alterations in one week when we didn't need it asap, so very fast turn around.

Came back several more times as my fiance had her bridal lehngha measured for alterations and then altered. Again, unexpected fast turn around time and high quality work. Did exactly what she wanted and even added some things that were just a hardware upgrade. They noticed one of the loops was poking into her and when we got her bridal lehngha back, it had a new hook that was designed better and wouldn't poke at all. Didn't charge us for it and we appreciated that level of service.

The shop itself is a bit small but for the space they have fairly good variety and a good selection of jewelry and shoes. Couldn't do work on my sherwani but that wasn't their fault, it was how the sherwani was made. I'd recommend this shop and the cafe at...

I agree with some of the comments here. I came here last minute because I needed one of my dresses altered. They did a wonderful job and had it ready for me the next day. I also needed some jewelry to wear with my outfits so I asked to look around. The person was helpful but wasn’t quite showing me what they had to offer and for a first timer at this shop it can be a bit overwhelming. The owner was making sarcastic remarks to me when I asked where the fitting room was and showed how my dress fit after they altered it (a compliment)...The prices are very high as well. Small business owners should know to treat clients with the best service because they can easily be replaced, instead of making snide/sarcastic comments which create an an unwelcoming environment. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their service. I had a large multicultural wedding and sent all of my family and friends in the area to Ruby's. They have a wide selection of options and are incredibly accommodating. A number of my guests commented on how helpful it was to have their team's assistance and insight when purchasing Indian attire for the first time. Not to mention, while I had already purchased my bridal attire, I fell in love with one of their lehengas and added it as well as matching jewelry from Ruby's to my wedding weekend.
