I came as a stranger and left as a friend. These lovely ladies accommodated me in every way and I am forever greatful. I made a last minute nail appointment that turned into me wanting my hair straightened too. With no complaints and only smiles Niña did a wonderful job on my very curly and long hair. Afterwards I had my nails done by Dary and I’m short of word on how to describe my excitement on the final results. I’m on love with my nails. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Overall I’m am more than pleased with my experience. On top everything I was treated very nicely by everyone. They even stayed late to finish my nails. The lady that cut my hair asked me what I wanted I said layers and a blowout. As she blow dried my hair, she burnt me a few times, and I kinda smelled burning hair. She was definitely burning my hair. I’m so heartbroken because this is my hair, and it will take months, if not years of growth to cut off all the burnt areas. I spent $65 to leave with my beautiful virgin hair burnt. Again, heartbroken. I went in for highlights and asked for it to be done with the store manager. The hair was not done with them, they were training someone to do highlights on my head and that’s not what I asked for. The highlights are allllll uneven, some highlights started centimeter from my head, others 2 inches from my head and it’s just not what I expected. The pricing was cheap so I guess that’s fine but now I have to wear uneven highlights on my head for 1 yr+ until my hairs...
