Duluth Trading in King of Prussia is one of those stores you walk into and immediately feel like they’ve thought of everything when it comes to practical clothing. I stopped in recently, and right away the staff greeted me with a friendly hello but then gave me plenty of space to browse, which I appreciated. The layout makes it pretty easy to find what you’re looking for—men’s gear on one side, women’s on the other, and a whole variety of outdoor and work clothing in between.
What I really liked is how hands-on everything feels. You can actually pick up different fabrics, try on the stretch jeans, test out jackets, or look at the crazy selection of socks and belts. They don’t just sell work clothes, they sell stuff that’s durable and comfortable enough for everyday wear, which makes it worth the price. The dressing rooms are roomy, and you don’t feel rushed, which is always a plus.
The store vibe itself is pretty laid-back—no pushy sales tactics, just helpful folks if you’ve got questions. Prices aren’t bargain-basement level, but the quality feels like it’ll last years, not months. For me, it’s a good spot to find reliable shirts, jackets, and casual gear that actually fits right. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in King of Prussia and want something practical but...
Read moreBUYER BEWARE!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a order on sale after Christmas (#web25863450) after waiting a month it was canceled. I placed another order(web26014667) on sale and that was canceled also by duluth. They were both purchased using gift cards. I was then told they could not be refunded and a new card would be mailed to me. After waiting and waiting I received a phone call today from the cherry Hill NJ store and they informed me that the gift card was mailed to the duluth store with my name on the envelope. I'm not sure what to make of all this. Now I find out the original order was never refunded. How does duluth conduct business like this. What was the thinking behind mailing a gift card to the company store? I was a dedicated customer and I own some of your pants that are 20 years old. I always boasted your products to my coworkers. Now I have shared this nightmare with them. I have almost 100 dollars in gift cards that are out in space and I cannot use. I missed out on the large sale after Christmas. Honestly this last interaction with duluth may have been my last. It was completely mismanaged. Check the better business bureau website for...
Read moreOh Duluth how I love thee so. When I can I stop in to try on and plot my next big purchase to round out my wardrobe! If I can't stop in I make my order from the website and typically opt for in store pick up because I want to stop in and say hello. Your entire staff is friendly and knows just when to offer help or when to let me browse. I always take advantage of your exceptional savings opportunities and promotional sales. Your store is always clean, well stocked and has adequate places to sit, rest, and refresh with coffee and water complimentary. I do wish your clearance section offered more but it doesn't count against you in the long run. The location is easy to get to, has adequate parking, and leaves me in a better mood when I leave than when I typically go in. The prices are higher than average for similar garments elsewhere but the quality is higher than almost everything else out there. What a pain free shopping experience and I can't say enough positive things about your site, the KOP location and it's staff. All we REALLY need is a VIP program and maybe a customer appreciation...
