My husband walked into the KoP store and ordered a thin and crispy 1/2 PP. when we went to eat it, it was extremely thin like toast. It was very dry (cheese was crispy) and overcooked. For $21 I was very disappointed. After calling in to let them know, the man who picked up the phone kept asking for my last name. After several attempts he asked me to spell it. (That’s not the issue). I told him my husband walked into place order, waited and received the pizza. The man said let me talk to my manager. And which store did you go to? I told him “the one I was calling in, KOP.” Now I work for Customer service myself so this is why I’m so upset. Upon hearing him yell back to someone while on the phone with me, he said “the customer isn’t happy.” After some kind of conversation between them he came back to the phone and Said “your husband looked at the pizza and said ok”. I told him after all the years I’ve never been this disappointed. He then said “what do you want me to do?” Up until that point I kept myself calm. Now I’m Pissed. So I said “what I want is better customer service! That’s why I called!” He didn’t respond. So I said I don’t appreciate you taking $21 dollars for toast! And that I’ll never step foot in your establishment again. I knew better but unfortunately it was late and we were hungry. Never EVER again. In the trash it went. I learned my lesson. And I hope upper management responds to how customer service should...
Read moreEdit July 2025 - I completely forgot about this review and place since I had moved since then and back to the area. Ordered this weekend. Delivery was fine but I had to throw away half my order because something was definitely off. Maybe spoiled? I couldn't get over the smell and taste, took a bite and spit it out. Hopefully I remember this time. It's a shame because I like the food at other locations
Twice this week I tried to order delivery through GrubHub. The first time THEY cancelled because "they didn't have delivery drivers." That's ridiculous. I ordered again a few days later, and then I had to be the one to call and see if they were ever coming and some moron put me on hold, asked me if it was for pickup or delivery again, and then they just kept saying "their GrubHub isn't working" and "they don't know if it went through" with no real explanation. Then I had to call GrubHub to get them to cancel since no one knew whether or not I would be charged.
On a separate occasion I had to walk out to the delivery guy's car from my apartment because he called and basically said he couldn't be bothered to use his brain for 5 seconds and figure out how to get it to my apartment.
Ridiculous. No wonder the other reviews are terrible, no one running that place has any idea how to talk to people or get orders...
Read moreI've ordered from this location plenty of times. My order today below bar! There is little to no dough. The pizza is what I would describe as a want to be "thin pan" gone wrong. My first and last time ordering the boneless wings. It was basically want to be dino nuggets in Buffalo sauce. I called to let them know how unsatisfied I was with my order. I respectfully gave them feedback . The person I spoke to assured me the ingredients were fresh from yesterdays food truck. I'm not sure if its a language barrier, but he was missing the point of the food being mediocre. It did not taste fresh . He either lied or they completely mishandled the making part. There was hair in my food. He never addressed that part because he was telling how fresh the ingredients are. Not to mention I thought while ordering online I pressed delivery and placed an $11 tip, it was for the store. The gentlemen offered a medium free pizza whenever I went into the store as compensation I guess. He still missed the point honestly. If you can't hear your paying customers out, business will be lost! The chocolate brownie was...
