I brought my truck in for three easy installations: Mud guards, 2 undercover swing cases, and vent visors on all windows. They did not know how to install the mud guards, broke a piece in the process, which they did replace. As for the visors, they did not test the installation, when I went to drive off and close the windows they would not close. They had to remove them and refund me. As for the swing cases, one was broken after the install. On top of all of this, they did not show a single care for the truck, left the area of work a mess, scratched and damaged my truck in certain areas.

As for the store manager, at first he was willing to help me, and I quote “Going forward I will be the one to work on your truck”. Well, when the time came to remove the defective items they had scheduled me with the same technicians as on the first install. Even though I made the appointment for a day the manager said he would be there. They definitely over promise when you are to paying them, but clearly can care less about the customer when they screw up and have to refund them.
