Subway — Restaurant in Upper Merion Township

I come to this subway location for lunch some days during the week fairly often. It has always been a great location. Although fairly recently, there has been a lot of new staff members that don’t know exactly what they are doing. Specifically an older gentleman, he doesn’t really follow along with what people are saying to him and the way he makes and folds the sandwiches make It harder to eat and enjoy without the contents spilling out. I personally get flatbreads and he will put all the ingredients in the middle rather than along the top edge like normally, and then when he closes the sandwich It can’t get folded in half anymore so he just rolls It in the paper. Then when I go to open It up everything just ends up falling out and it’s a pain to have to clean It up. I hope that this can get fixed moving forward because...

Not a fan of this Subway. Was a little flustered with the new menu and didn’t realize I could still get my usual until the sandwich Artist was mostly done making my six inch. He then told me my total was thirteen. I handed $13 in cash and asked for a receipt. He didn’t give me one. I then looked at the sign and saw the price was $8.29. I asked if the sign was wrong. He poked at the register a few times, shrugged and looked at the sign then opened the till and gave me $4 in one’s back and said sorry then picked up his cell phone to call someone. I left the store before realizing he shorted me 22¢. Wasn’t worth the gas to go back and ask for my change. Plus I can’t prove it, he didn’t give me a receipt.

Two stars because the sub was at least fresh and tasty. But I won’t return to...

So, went to subway in KOP, after a long boycott when they introduced that soccer player. Only went back because they advertised "YOUR MEAT IS NOW CUT FRESH". went in and checked out the meat situation, all meat is still the same as before, except that they removed the paper that used to separate it when it was in the metal container and flipped it around a little to make it look like it was "cut fresh". Believe me it's not. They have a brand new deli meat slicer, unplugged, and it looks brand new. When they say "fresh cut meat", maybe they should start cutting it as you are making the sandwich.
