I could not in good faith recommend this office to anyone. I scheduled online through Zoc Doc to meet with the cardiologist Dr Jon. Even though appointment says it’s with the doctor it is not. You actually see a nurse practitioner. At the visit a test was performed not by a nurse but by the office secretary so of course not ran correctly and I get told an arterial blockage shows up even though there is not one. When discussing at end of visit cause of symptoms there nurse tells me heart failure which I had other tests done and my family dr ruled out already but still was distressing to hear and inappropriate for her to state with no information to support. At the end I was ordered tests and a prescription. I became extremely ill from the medication I later found out it was contradicted for me to even take with my allergies.I waited 10 days and still had not received my scripts for my tests and had to call back the office to remind them to do them. Then they finally emailed them and they had the incorrect information for where I was getting my testing done which I was told would take another week to correct. So I had to basically wait a month just to receive scripts to schedule a test. I was told then if I needed to change where I have the test done it would take weeks more. Unfortunately I did have to change location due to a family emergency that came up. Instead of all the unnecessary hassle with the office I just called my insurance and in 5 minutes my scrips were transferred to new facility. Finally I was able to get my tests done and the office did not even bother to let me know my test results my family Dr. gave them instead . No heart failure , No arterial blockages so medication that made me sick should not have been prescribed the nurse obviously should not be writing scripts or trying to diagnose someone. They do have the nerve though to keep sending daily reminders about my bill. I actually spoke with Dr Jon once over the phone he sounded like a nice Dr. but there has to be changes to this office perhaps he should see patients himself and reconsider staffing.
