South Moon Under — Local services in Upper Merion Township

Went to South Moon Under last night with my daughter in KOP. The only things said to us were “this area is off limits” and after looking around a bit the other worker asked if we were ready to check out… we were standing nowhere near the register to give that idea. This store employees the most ignorant and obnoxious people. No smiles. No greetings. Just miserable and rude. It is a shame because this store had really cute items but I refuse to support a store that employees unpleasant rude individuals that clearly do not care about...

Had amazing customer service by 3 of the girls that work here! Stopped by the store 20 Mins before closing, they were so helpful and kind to help me find a last minute outfit on a time crunch without any hesitation! The quality and variety of the clothes in this store are great! Highly recommend! It reminds me of a mix between boutique clothes+online shopping options which is hard to find in...

Wasn’t greeted when we walked in and the whole time the employees were talking about how they only offer certain alternatives regarding bad experiences the customer had with a clothing item if the customer is being nice about it….. We went up to the register and weren’t even greeted. The two employees just kept gossiping. Not an awful experience but definitely not...
