Went on Motherâs Day and this has to be one of the worst experiences Iâve ever seen overall.
The server was nice and provided good service, however this was diminished over all. When we arrived on time for our 6:15 reservation there was a waiting area full with no hostess for 10mins easy. After waiting another five minutes I went to the bar to speak to a manger and while I was waiting for the manager 1 hostess was coming to seat people.
The manager Justice came and explained they were âdoing their bestâ having all managers and the owner on the line cooking and the other hostess rolling napkins and Justice was bussing tables.
Having been in the service industry I empathized however as a customer who made a reservation to still have to wait over 20 mins to even give our name that we were there for the reservations was a bit frustrating and set an unhappy feeling when we were out to celebrate our mom.
We was seated fairly sooner after finally giving our name on the reservation and the food (thankfully) didnât take long to come out. Since we had a child this was welcomed. The bang bang shrimp and dip was tasty. However the entree was not. Iâm not sure if recipes changed but I remember bonefish grill having delicious food. My steak was supposed to be medium but the first time it was well well done and the second time was well done. I didnât eat it and was turned off. The mashed potatoes wasnât good. Didnât taste like anything but water with chunks. The crab cake had little bind so it crumbled and was the same texture of the bread crumbs on top. I put half of the crab cake in the creamed spinach which gave it flavor. I was very disappointed in this experience and really will think again before suggesting and dining here in the future. My old fashion was tasty so kudos to the bartender.

We had a private dinner in one of their back rooms. They didnât place our group in the contracted room. We picked that room for a reason and they didnât notify us nor say anything to us when my dad arrived. He had to go to them to say that we are in the wrong room. This was a surprise dinner for my moms 60th and the part of the room that we selected and contracted to be in was not honored. The manager reduced our bill a little, however the inconvenience and upsetting my dad because he felt like he got taken advantage of is not appreciated. A contract is put in place for a reason and should not be changed without both...
Read moreHorrific is the only word that will properly describe my experience here. I went on mothers day 2016 with my mom that is handicapped she rarely gets out. To say the least this was a special occasion for her. I would like to start with I had a reservation which I was told on four seperate occasions that it would only be a 10 minute wait (this is how the kept me here). I waited a hour for them to finally have seat availability. There was absolutely no wait area seating for us at all. Me and my mother had to split up due to the fact the gave us a buzzer, and no seating was present. She sat, and waited in the car while I stood by with the buzzer. We finally obtained seats only to be clearly boxed in with tables 360 radius around us, and not one arms length between. I wanted to leave already. We placed a drink order which we had no incedent with, except for an extremely long wait to receive my beer. He also had to reach across me all night with everything he served my mom due to lack of space with our surroundings. We attempted to order an appetizer of calimari. They happened to be out of. We ended up with lamb instead. It took another 40min for the lamb to come out. All the time this company is still bringing tables in to set up for more customers. I felt bad for the waiter as he was having to apologize over, and over.I heard him tell the table next to us that the tickets were a hour behind of schedule. This didn't stop management from shuffling in the next unknowing customer. The lamb was good all things considered we ordered our food in between. Our platters only took an hour to be delivered. Another 20 minutes for a new beer in the middle of my meal.Constant traffic through. The dinner was ok considering the price I paid for it. I should have stayed home.At the end of the day I'm out $250 out of pocket, 3 hours and 15 minutes of my time, and the best thing I can say is the lamb was pretty good, and beer was at a good temperature. I truly feel taken advantage of. Even worse for my mother though. For someone whom doesn't get out much to get there have an episode of I don't care about my customer occure. This was a mistake to say the least. Sorry for rambling I never leave bad reviews. I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of. To pay that much money and be treated as such makes me sick...

I had previously eaten at this Bonefish location soon after it opened. It was average at best. I went back on Wednesday night with a party of 6. We were promptly seated for our 7 o'clock reservation.
When we opened our napkins and took out our silverware, three of us had received dirty utensils. I don't mean that they had stains from the wash on them, they had actual chunks of food on them. We really should have just walked out then.
Our server, who was friendly, told us that bang bang shrimp is half price on Wednesday, so we ordered three orders. They came out very quickly. They were good, and reasonable at half price, but I would not pay $12 for a regular order. I can make them at home myself for half of that.
An hour after our Bang bang shrimp had finished, we inquired as to where our food was. We were told it was being plated. 10 minutes later our entrees came out. 2 minutes after that, our salads came out. As far as I know, salad usually comes before the entree. My shrimp and scallops were undercooked, and did not have their lemon butter sauce. Not only that, but $20 for 2 scallops and 4 shrimp is absurd. When my reheated entree came back out it was still missing its sauce. I was not going away any longer. So I ate the tiny meal. The mashed potatoes that came with it tasted like they were from powdered potatoes with some added water and cardboard. The alleged potato au gratin that also came with it was worse than Stouffer's cheddar potato bake.
One person in my party found her fish to be dry and tasteless, while others said that the tiny crab cakes were not nearly as good as they are at the local diner.
The restaurant only has one beer on draft. There is no Wi-Fi. Service was subpar overall. No manager ever came over to our table, despite the fact that we requested to speak to one.
All six of us agree that we should have gone to a different chain seafood restaurant down the street, where we would have had a bigger better meal for less money, and with better service. There are so many better options at the King of Prussia Mall.
Between the dirty silverware, the mediocre service, and the bad food, I think it's clear why I will...
