My favorite book store in the area! Great location and best selection of books you will find in the area.They even have an LGBT section and a very large selection of sociology + political science books which you just don't find anywhere. They have awesome events that draw people into the store, they really are staying on top of it and keeping up with the modernization of reading. The Trappe Book Center goes above and beyond for their customers. When I contacted them about throwing a surprise party for my wife at the bookstore, they loved the idea and did everything in their power to make the afternoon a smashing success. P.K., Sarah, & Sue were terrific; they made sure everything we needed was in place and took care of all they promised. Great selection, great staff. I don't know what to say about the wine bar that replaced the tea and coffee bar. The tea and coffee were great, but I don't drink wine, so I can't speak to that. In any case, the book selection and the helpful staff add up to a great independent bookstore. They have a lot of great events, and they take care of their customers.
